I like writing stuff with an open mind, letting the picture talk to me, if you will. Sometimes certain images just have a story to tell, while others work better with a poem or some emotional lyrics. I'm very pleased you like this version of mine...
It is what came to my mind when I wrote it as well, some heeding old text that tells of ancient death coming alive if you brake inside the tomb. It turned out pretty nicely...

I've had a lot of sad moments throughout different games (mostly Mass Effect, I'd say) and that just tells me there are great writing behind the quest/story. Makes it much more memorable too and that's a sign of a great game...
