    I know this is a veeeery old post, but I was wondering if this image was made using mods, and if so: what mods were used?
    I was thinking Konahriks Accoutrements, but those outfits don't have the shoulders that this outfit does.

    this would make for an awesome boss fight, Staff of Worms and Crown of Worms could make for epic loot. aswell as a preset for roleplaying.
