Please let me know if you can't play the music. For some reason all my links to youtube aren't working on the nexus ATM. Only mine (as in I can watch vids put up by others, just not those appearing in MY stuff).

off to a great start here Jess. I'm hooked.

as for the vid links.... I can't see it without an error. But think I have seen someone else address this problem on one of their own post and commented why the placement had to be moved.

Seems that the video now has to fall below the banners on the upper right... so begin the story or just fill with space and have the link below the offending area.

A beautifully intriguing history to these Dunmer twins, I hope you expand on it....^^

I could easily see some Lycan VS Vampire conflicts happening here, since those Races' respective Daedric Patrons Hircine and Molag Bal appreciate each other SO much, can't you tell?? ^^

    Endorsed.
    Thanks and cheers, dear!

Awesome Jess but then you know how I feel about both werebeasts and vampires in general. I admit this was a bit of a surprise to me (and of course I could be wrong - I am just commenting on what I know from this story and some of your comments to me). I expected blood-thirsty killers (and of course maybe they do end up in the Morag Tong) and was surprised to see two real people with some sense of morals and ethics who happen to be werewolves. Really liking these two so far!

PS - No music for me either I am afraid.

Thanks Jon. Yeah, this first Part will be a suprise to you based on what we've discussed about Part II. It'll all make sense in the end. Glad you enjoyed this part and the next one I know you'll enjoy (hint hint ).

Don't know what's wrong with my Youtube Links i'm afraid. All of them have gone - including all the ones that used to work (Rathe's tales). Not sure if it's something to do with the Nexus or Youtube. Have sent Nexus staff a msg and waiting for a reply.

Oh very interesting back story, I must say Dunmer are one of those races I know a little about but not very much to be honest, will be interesting to learn more about them and the man behind the voice or will ever shown i wonder...... seems they have been alone ...... abandoned maybe to not now their races ways, seems maybe cut off from the rest of the world be interesting to hear from of them .....

I tend to dislike, rather strongly, all the elf races especially the Altmer. Not just this game either - tend to dislike elfs in almost any game. LoTR ones were not too bad. BUT the Dunmer ... not sure why but I really like them. They are slavers even!

I think it has to do with their more gritty life (currently at least) that makes them seem less snobbish. Plus I played a Dunmer in Morrowind and Bloodmoon. He was one of my all time favorite characters and one of the few non-human ones I would choose again over a human. Got maybe 400 hours in with him and would have played more if there had been more expansions (this was pre-modding for me).

So think I have soft spot for them.

Thanks Shelley! I think you'll like these twins; they're going to be quite different from other characters i've written. Fierce but vulnerable.

I absolutely adore Dunmer - they're probably my favourite race. I usually start any TES game with a Dunmer. Remember way back (years ago) when I made a set of Dunmer twins? You could say those two were the original precedent for these new two. Anyway, I'm thoroughly enjoying playing and writing these two so I should be good for motivation for a while at least

I really like how you told this part of their backstory in the perspective of one who met them, really roots it in your realm of Skyrim. Seems that thought they are fierce fighters they also have a gentler side, caring for the one that they rescued from the fangs of vampires. They certainly sound like the skilled duo with that rescued stranger thinking they would have made great members of the Morag Tong, something that takes quite a bit of skill. I am even more intrigued by the twins, with that anger and betrayal in their eyes as the stranger spoke of vampires and the fall of house Telvani, I look forward to learning more about them

Thanks hon. These twins might be a bit of a departure in writing style for me; yes they are fierce, but also some gentleness and tenderness too - especially where the Narrator is concerned. Glad you enjoyed Part I.
