New luxury room at the Bannered Mare

Food will be available once the room is rented.  It will replenish every 6 in game hours (I think that is right...I need to check with what my scripts say.)  Oh, and while this shot may look just like the normal game...It is on the other side of the building...but there are only so much one person can do with the Bannered Mare layout.  the staff rooms are now where the original room was rented, and the budget room is where the staff bedroom used to be.
