      yes it's the Tower stone ...Once a day, those under the sign of The Tower have the option to automatically open an Expert or lower lock.. handy if you only have one pick

      Ok, this time I hit the reply button... I use the lock picking interface mod here because I couldn't stand opening master chests, only to get 10 gold. :/
