My skyrim gameplay setup, using Climates of Tamriel and Gameplay Performance ENB with SSAO and no DOF.
Goes to show you, with a few texture mods and a subtle ENB, you can make the perfect skyrim playthrough experience (imo)

When i walk through here and down the stairs from dragons reach i get 29 fps - 36fps. this isnt due to my system as i have a killer AMD one, this is just because skyrims cities have no optimizations.
But with this ENB and using the d3dll from ENB version 265, i get still get the same fps, but the camera is so smoothed out and the microstutter slows down if not goes away, that it actually still keeps the immersion ingame without seeing the choppiness when entering the city
