The Ningheim Race 4k face, brows and witcher eyes. Hair is Sky 180 from KS Hairdos 400. Freckles from Freckle Mania and pink lip tattoo by The Neith Team Warpaints set 50.
Will try to capture a better screenshot as I think she looks a lot better in game, but my Steam F12 screenshot button has stopped working. This was taken using PrtScn BMP file.

PS. you can change the body color to match the face by using "Racemenu".
My screen capture stopped working as well at some point. I ended up switching to using Fraps to capture screenshots instead because I disliked the border I was getting from using the Steam function.
