Weird effect on Oakflesh

For some reason I'm getting this when I cast Oakflesh. It's like the normal glow shader got replaced with a really bad reflection of something. 

I'm not sure what mod or texture would have done it. I have tried adding some of the mods that remove or replace the shader effects for that type of spell, but none of them change anything.
