well, in my opinion, I think max anisotropic filtering is always best because distant textures look sharper as compared to lower or none of anisotropic enabled. As for anti-aliasing, that just smooths out the edges, as for my case...I play with all anti-aliasing disabled since I don't have a very strong graphic card. So I guess different people have different preferences....I can still play game comfortably without anti-aliasing enabled...I personally can't
tell the difference because I don't pay attention to little details on the edge.

      thanks for your reply.
I know that ENB does both for you.
I even feel a bit of increase in performance (fps) when ENB is enabled and a-f is turned on. I am using ENB 0.168 with files from FUSION ENB standard and it keeps my fps quite high - around 5-10fps more than when I let ENB do all the work actually. And even a bit more than when without ENB. But still, you are right - different preferences, I want for example make some artistic screenshots and for that I need smooth edges and I want to keep the performence as high as possible while getting best results. I know I will soon kill my game with textures....

    Cant see a difference.
But maybe you should make two shots with the same distance.
And closer for better seeing the effects...

yeah, I realized that the distance is wrong in the second screenshot, I will need to make more screenshots for comparision. But I personally thing with AA and AF on I get a better feeling ....still, I will try.
      Thx for your post
