      That can be fixed by using proper armor mods for whatever body mod you're using. I've seen it a few times, and it's usually mismatched meshes between UNP and CBBE or vice versa. Sometimes it's a skeleton issue. I've been able to fix it for myself each time it's happened to me, which is only a few times, maybe three times if that.

      Cheating too corrupts the save game and increase the chances of CTD. =(

      I agree, this sometime's happen's when there is an armor for one variant on a body and the character is another variant, it sometime's helps if you open the console and select the character (Save game first) then type SetNPCweight 80
      Note this sometime's fixed the neck seam only to have a face and body color mismatch instead so is not ideal, ista3's suggestion is best, use a choker.
      Ashara's diamonized dress and jewelry are good if you are using a unp based body.

      My Serana and Ria are using textures to different faces. It is perceived by the shape of his mouth. I will test this new face texture in the Ria to see how it is.
