Well I tried out a ENB, and... I didn't really turn out so well (If you consider not walking and the whole world looking yellow and see though, ok... Well...) I figured out that it was not my ENB, it was my Skyrim.prefs, had to configure that. Till I found out I was configuring my Skyrimeditor.prefs (:I) Buuuuut I got it working! (FINALLY, HAHAHAHAHAHA).
