   How the hell can you play skyrim with those graphical/environmental modifications and not have a ounce of lag?

      Ah ok now it makes senes, but how can you stand playing skyrim like that, If I loose just 1fps I go crazy and delete a few mods I have installed but the problem is, is that I like my skyrim like your have it in your screenshots: A game that doesn't look like it was make in 2011 but looks like a game on a ps4 Xbox 1 hybrid!.
      
      Well looks like I need a new computer then.

      I downsample and run high end enbs and get roughly 45 fps outdoors. Give or take five. And considering the skyrim engine gets wonky if you have more then 60 that's a reasonable sacrifice. Plus have a 144hz monitor helps a bit.
