    Magnificent pictures as always and nice little story, I wonder what will be the reaction when Erik explained to Grim, I am sure he will be very touched by the honorable choice of Erik, because it could have happened differently...
    The main shot is my favorite with wonderful colors and lovely "pale" lighting on Grim and Wolfie. Oh and I wondered why Wolfgar was white now, but I see that it will be explained in Nocturnal story, I can have my answer soon

    Oh my, look at Wolfgar, so grown-up and beautiful! A fine beast, that one.
    Your shots are always fantastic, strong and expressive (not to mention the great ENB). As you know, I've lost track of your story, but I'll try to remedy that.

      Thanks Kayol and no worries - I have written pretty much a book at this point (close to 300+ pages in MS word all total) so catching up is not for the faint of heart or light on time. But if you want to review anything I would suggest checking out my time line and cast of characters for a summary of events. On my website I also have links to everyone of Grim's stories that I have published since I started him, along with tales of his friends in the Black Wolf Company.

      Links to the website and time line are usually posted at the beginning of each of my stories (the current ones at least).

    short but so great! I've got a little overlooked reading of your stories lately, I must absolutely remedy. I'm sorry but I have personal problems at this time and need a vacation. Know that I am always a big fan.

      Thank you very much Farvat and no worries at all. I sometimes just have to say "break time" to nexus and will spend a week or two staying away from the image share just so I can focus on other projects. In general I follow folks whose writing and images I like then try to spend some time each week looking at random shots in the share - as I always like seeing new peoples work as well

      Hope things improve for you and get some rest!

    Nice! Love Wolfgar's adult look; he looks just awesome. I'm really keen to read about their adventurer with the Prince... and in seeing Grim's reaction to Erik's news.

      Thanks Jess! While I love the little wolf pup look I have to admit I am enjoying Wolfgar being an adult more. He is a more fitting companion for Grim as things heat up now; big, powerful, and fierce. Wolfgar has finally come into his own power. Yet at the same time, like most canines, still very playful and sweet when danger isn't threatening them.

      I spend an inordinate amount of time trying to think of lore friendly sayings. Glad you caught the "Mara's Love" as I thought it would be a great way to sign a letter or make an oath.
