This is for Realistic Skinned Animals. When a fresh kill is in an area you would rather not field dress at, you have an option to take the kill with you. When you do it will pick the corpse up and place it on your back for "Hauling" it back to camp. It will un equip any back packs being used and equip the version of animal picked up. It will also hinder movement speed and disable jumping while hauling. When you drop the body it will un equip hauled version, re equip backpack and place carried corpse at feet. All versions of bears, saber cats and deer/elk will have this option. The main reason is field dressing takes time for the actions and if your playing with a mod like Frostfall you would have problems with the cold. This way you can haul it back to camp where you have your gear set up.
