I think STEP is about as far as I can push this machine with what I have on it maybe...
Automatic Variants looks good as well but from what I have read I think My machine might have troubles with that, and installing it looks kind of daunting..
Serenity Enb, I will look at for sure once I get tired of Tundra and COT.
Expanded Towns and Cities, Looks Really Cool, but again to much for my machine maybe with the textures I like to run.
But I will be looking at STEP no doubt, once I get myself ready to do so.
"screenshots from Mod Organizer for the mods priority and my load order", would be good for sure, you can Never have to much information, for this game. lol
It depends, if you install only the "STEP core", I'm pretty sure that you can run it, especially with the Sheson memory patch. They picked up texture replacers very carefully and they always searching for the best compromise between performance and "eye candy". All I can tell it's this: they did it very well
Automatic Variants could murder your VRAM if like me you're using every AV packages available but even if you're not too greedy it will affect performance when different monsters are spawning around you. Every single Variant has to be load so there's nothing we can do to improve performances here. Maybe if you make your own AV package with some mid/low textures, you will be able to run it well!
For Serenity ENB, even the extreme performance looks good. And just in case one of the most performance killer effect is DOF. you can save some FPS by setting it to low, pick up the one from another ENB or just turn it off. I don't know if you are comfortable with the ENB setting (GUI or not) ?
Expanded Towns and Cities is really cool, I confirm that! I would endorsed it a hundred of times if I could But I'm afraid that unless you're ready to make a lighter version for yourself, there is not much to do for the performance. Once again, maybe by using some mid/low res textures packs but it won't help that much...
As soon as I get a flikr account I'll be back with some screenshots if it could help even just a bit, then it worth it!
