Wierd clipping

trying to fix this weird clipping bug, where the further I am from the model, the worse the clipping gets, up close to it there is no clipping. This is shown in nifscope and ingame.

    NifSkope? Go in your top menu; spell, batch, make all skin partitions and you could put an update all tangent space. It happen to me all the time, skin partitions fix it.

    Thats not clipping, thats a bugged mesh. Sry but idk how to fix it.
