You need to toggle free camera on to place your camera where you want instead of "zooming"
Low FOV values are great to take shots cause the 3d view is more "plain" and looks like a 2D photo. High FOV values are great for playing, so you can se more screen but are bad for taking screens like this.
Try to use very low FOV values like "1~10" Sometimes there are some issues with lod or surface normals with low fov values 1~3...

How is it that you change the FoV? I've been wanting to since I saw some pictures like this but I haven't found anything. Besides the 'FoV #' command just changing how much you see that is. I've seen some pictures from way too far away for zooming, or even shots of dragons up in the sky, and THAT is what I'm curious about.
