You, sir (or madame) have done a great job and will surely make a lot of people very happy with this °__°
1) Two separate mods, Ashes of Eris, and Embers of Valkyries. May or may not be released at the same time, or shortly after each other.
2) Ashes of Eris and Embers of Valkyries will be separate ESP files, and a master ESM file entitled Forever Darkness will be required so each race/companion can be part of different factions - much like how it was done with Dawnguard. Don't get your hopes up about fully-functional factions, mostly because I have no idea how successful it will be through a mod. But at the very least - I want Eris and Gavriella to be hostile towards each other and their races. This way, you guys can't go recruit both of them and have a happy Skyrim adventure team between mortal enemies. Naturally any mod can be changed through the CK, but any alterations like that will be kept private - I won't allow modifications like that to be uploaded on the Nexus. Their history with each other is a key part of the mod, so please respect it.
3) The actual questline will probably be very simple in the first versions of the mod. I want full castles, hideouts, quests, etc. just like everyone else, but I can't do an "expansion" worth of modding on my own. I don't even know just how in-depth the mod will get before I can't work on it anymore. That and mods which try to include everything at the beginning almost never get finished, and what I'm doing so far is already a lot.
4) Initial goal is to have A) two new "mini" factions OR unique enemy/hostile relationships between Eris and Gavriella and two player races B) two standalone companions complete with their own highly detailed and unique textures, C) Two sets of armor for each mod, one that is a heavy armor, and one that is a light armor. Some armors may be shared between each mod, but bear different textures/color themes just in case you like the other mod's armor - but don't want to be evil, or a good player. D) Full voice acting for each character, including initial recruitment quest dialogue, greetings, combat taunts, inventory access lines, area-specific dialogue, and a lot of "random chatter" - also trying to make it so there's enough variation in these lines so that you don't keep hearing about clam chowder in Whiterun (I still love you anyway, Ceri.)
5) Everything I work with is standard UNP. Hopefully, most of the mod will be friendly to UNPB and other variations of UNP, but I will not do anything for CBBE. UNP textures work for UNP and vanilla bodies, which is a nice bonus for me. CBBE doesn't do this. I've also supported UNP and dimon's work since the beginning (even made the logo/graphics he uses for the main mod), so yes - I'm 100% married to this body type.
Beautiful looking race and amazing looking story.
- Where do you have to be in the story-line of Skyrim for this expansion or wat you want to call it to make sense ?
- Is the new quest-line affected if my character is a vampire ?
- Will I have to create a new character to get the awesome ink , glowing eyes and glowing cracks in the skin ?
A quest-idea : A nice quest idea is that after you get the leter sent by Gavriella Corvain and you talk to her she convinces you to join her by showing you the destruction the new vampire
villain did to the Enherjar race and ther lands , to invoke some feelings.
By the way AWESOME!!! YOU ARE A GENIUS !!!
