This is the hellhound from Dogtown´s monster mod (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/9694)
I called it cliff runner and added some of them to the morrowind border because I allways wanted morrowind creatures running around and since this creature resembles something from morrowind XD the eye and green textures are changed, the original one is red.
