So... I was wondering why my bandits were still not spawning at all... I looked and I looked even made a whole new game to allow cells to start fresh... nothing. So I poked around the CK for awhile and found out that each of the bandits were very much purposely place there typewise instead full random... So basically every bandit was purposely put there! for example, Bleak Falls Barrow entrance will always spawn three bandits up there... yes, but they will almost always be archers(except for one)! No freaking way I'm letting that happen! It actually makes some sense to me because I remember only seeing a bandit mage like 3 times ever. It's okay to have some predictably, but not to the extent I saw in the CK! Of course I kept the ones that made sense, Tower guards are archers, ones that specified certain voices or races ect. but everything else is now fair game. Since I now said F*** U BANDIT LVL LIST, I suggest you put OBIS at the very bottom BECAUSE the way I edited the lvl list is very fragile, most spots will now pull their lvl list from one super bandit list that surprisingly still works in perfect harmony with every other mod that I use that also modifies the lvl list. As long as you put OBIS in the BOTTOM of the LOAD ORDER you will see a much more VARIETY of bandits.
