Hello friends! Brumbek has returned. Sometimes life takes us strange places and we don’t update SMIM as much as we’d like. That’s what my last fortune cookie said, at least. But never fear. I have plans for 2013, to SMIM more for honor and glory and round edges!
I now present a minor update that packs a big punch. The dreaded ugly Tankard has been SMIM’d. Yes friends. Now in 4,179 ways (the number of Tankards placed in the game), you will rejoice at SMIM’s goodness.
No more shall you come back from hunting great wilderbeasts and toast your greatness only to spit out your mead in utter disgust at the blocky and blurry default Tankard. No more, I say. Now you can drink freely, friends. The next one’s on SMIM.
...So yes...I got a bit burned out given the vast quantity of stuff that needs fixing in Skyrim. I've been real tough on the developers for their poor work, but I love Bethesda, in my own twisted way. They just need to hire someone like me to make sure TES VI is much better. Anyway...for now I'll continue to SMIM at hopefully an increased rate this year.

LOL! I love your use of you big dog! Thanks!
I took the shot with a torch out because the slight golden glow makes the shots look nicer in my opinion. I was using Climates of Tamriel at the time I think.
Thanks! You mean Skyrim can be played?! Interesting idea!
you're doing a superb job brumbek , visually the most usefull thing ever tried on skyrim...and not only models...also your textures are always interesting and very well done....i'm extremely happy u're back on SMIM, keep the updates coming... u give me a reason to close photoshop and seriously play skyrim
thanks and good luck for everything
There must be something wrong with my eyes, because the original isn't gold in my game, but from your screens there, it looks like it is for you.
Do you have any lighting mods installed or anything when you took those screens?
Non-the-less, it looks a lot better now. I just find it odd that it's gold considering vanilla ones aren't in my game, with or without lighting mods. I don't think my gamma is off or coloring is off or anything on my monitor.
I have an Alienware monitor, I never adjusted the colors or anything, just hooked it up via HDMI and it did everything else all on it's own.
