My mod has been around for a while, but it is very much alive and useful! It adds a multitude of things to the game for your crafting purposes, not just smelters! It started out by just adding a simple smelter to Riverwood, but it has exploded into a project fueled by fellow nexus user's suggestions. Anyone can place a smelter on the ground in the creation kit and call it a day, but I have placed the smelters and much more in areas that do not interfere with Ai paths and keep it visually pleasing. Riften, Solitude, Morthal and Dawnstar and even the Skyforge are just a few areas that have been optimized so go on and give it a try! You can the go to the "Description" area on the mod's page for more details :) Thank you.

Thanks a lot for all those smelters all over Skyrim cities. 2 questions:
    - Will this mod work without bugs if I have Winterhold restoration mod installed?
    - And what about Volkihar Keep? Doesn't it also need a smelter? Could you please add it to this mode or create a standlone file for it?

LOOT is detecting 12 ITM records in this mod's main file,, but when I attempt to remove the ITMs in TESVEDIT, there are none. So no clue what's going on.

Thanks, dude for the practical additions.
I installed only the main file and toured the changed locations. Here are my findings:
Falkreath, Riften, Riverwood and Skyforge are zen.
Solitude smelter is sitting on a row of containers... easy to disable their protruding sides.
Morthal though ends up with 2 anvils, 2 workbenches, 2 tanning racks... the smelter sits on a workbench, and a tanning rack sits on the grindstone. Not a big deal, player can disable anvil and workbench left to the smelter, the tanning rack sitting on the grindstone, and the wood pile stuck by/under the second tanning rack... but the table is awfully too close for - practical and visual - comfort to the smelter IMHO.

BTW, The Great Cities mod... https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/93901?tab=posts&BH=1 ... doesn't help the Falkreath smelter position and animation at all.
    Hope this helps anyone.
    Surf's up, dude.

    Hello,
I am having a little issue with a Mod on Steam, I dont know if you even cover them here...
You see, I really want to have smelters in all cities so Im going to use this mod, but I also like the storyline of the companions really much and thus, I have installed 1 other mod which affects the SKYFORGE, this is the steam mod:

    https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=387053482

So, When I tried and installed Both mods, I used YOUR version with NO ITEMS on skyforge. And it seemed to have affected this mod aswell... I guess I can fix this if I use your Standard version, but Im a little scared that this might lead to more serious CTD.... Could you please tell me what would be safe to do? Maybe some change in the load order?

By using both your standard version and the Steam mod, It seems to have put everything in order where it was supposed to stand, without me having CTDs. The result is, that now I have both the gear supplied from YOUR mod AND the STEAM mod. :o Im not really bothered, as long as I am having no conflicts, but still... it hurts the eye a bit...

Hello, if it is not too much of your time, do you suppose you could give us the idea to look for when removing the bugged fire from Riften? It's come down to that I've disabled a majority of Riften, yet the flame persists.

Edit: I found a nice work around mod, using a positioning mod, I simply moved the forge to cover the flame, If anyone experiences similar problems in the future, I kindly refer to this solution.

P.S., Thank you for the great mod as well, puts a really nice touch to things, as well a very much so unobtrusive way of making a simple task of smelting ease of access.

Potential bug: In Riften it seems the fire was not moved with the forge, so when I go to use the forge I catch fire. Not so much of a problem for my character, but it keeps killing Balimund. Just fyi.

I've only just started my first playthrough with this mod and so far I like it. I've seen the smelter in both Riverwood and at the Skyforge. It would be nice if the Skyforge grindstone was place in a different spot so to be more compatible with the Immersive Armors mod. Immersive Armors has a shield painting rack right behind the grindstone. You can still get to the shield painting rack but you have to kinda go around the grindstone.

With the Long Lost Chopping Blocks add-on, putting one in Winterhold would also be handy, especially for us Frostfall users! Granted, there aren't too many trees in the area, but how else would the Frozen Hearth keep its fires going?

Just a thought to the skyforge Smelter.... though it might not be possible (not a modder and thus do not quite know the extent of work required for these things) but in line with the idea of the skyforges fire being that which makes their steel better, in my personal opinion would it not be more appropriate for the smelter to be in some way place on the forge fires themselves? thus creating a feel that even the process of smelting helps the steel gain that extra edge due to the Fires of the skyforge? Of course this may just be me >.>
