This mod adds 6 new dwarven guns and 2 NPC to the world of Skyrim, each of the guns have their unique sound effect, 5 of the guns are Automatic, while 1 is single shot
the 2 NPCs can be found in Dragonsreach
they are, Riza Blindhearth and Eiri Blindhearth
Riza Blindhearth is a Sniper Rifle Expert, she has been using the Sniper Rifle since her sister Eiri found the dwarven schematics for the Sniper Rifle
Eiri Blindhearth, a big fan of the dwarven technology, has been secretly entering dwarven ruins with her sister Riza.
they found 6 dwarven schematics already and Eiri is the only one who knows how to make these Guns
Eiri Sells all these guns and ammo

Actually I just found them. But Eiri doesn't sell you anything...
help "name of item in the quotes".
Once you have found the item in the list, type
player.additem <insertitemIDhere> <insertquantityhere>.
NPCs are located in Dragonsreach, as said in the description. You can find them quite easily.

Including a resource from a DLC without requiring that DLC to be there is considered copyright infringement. And would get the mod removed and possible ban for the author on The Nexus sites. If you want something from a DLC, you must have that DLC.
There was a Crossbow animation mod made before the DLC was released that does not rely on the DLC to work. I don't remember the name or if it is still available or not. That one would be legal
