This article is relevant for users using "Common Following for Legendary Edition" version 1.0.2 and is updating it to 1.0.3 or greater on an existing game save.

Due to a mistake in filling a script variable, the associated Quest must be manually restarted as to refill the saved instance of the variable to the correct one.

Follow these steps after installing version 1.0.3.
1. Make a save.
2. Dismiss all followers.
3. Open the command console by pressing the tilde key (~).
4. Type in and enter each line of the following to the console:
stopquest DialogueFollower
startquest DialogueFollower
5. The Quest has been restarted, followers may be recruited again. It is recommended to make another save after this point.
6. Entirely re-equip all followers that has been in recruitment, through their Trade menu.
