Would people appreciate a version of the mod with all controversial elements and expletives/swear words taken out? Either give you the option to not have any upsetting content at the start of the mod or a complete different version hosted on the file page. I'm going to take out some copyrighted music as well.

I've no problem at all with how people play their games*, no matter what they want, really, even if it's busting a few 'soppy' regional laws, after all, laws are only made by other people, but to denigrate an author for their gift to another part of the playerbase is nothing but childish playground bullying.
I don't know if Nexus provides a way for Mod Authors to remove unsavoury comments from their mod pages but I have noticed on several occasions other players coming out fighting for the Author, after all where would Nexus and it's 26 Million members be without Mod Authors

Függetlenül attól, hogy a legtöbb szabály felületes, többértelmű és tényleges értéket nem képvisel: szabály. Elfogadta sok látszati valaki és törvény lett... mert az emberek, (nép) így látta jónak. Azt tartják a civilizáltság alapja a szabály. Igaz ez vagy egy hamis nézet?
A vezetői nézetek a nép ízlése szerintiek. Többnyire, hiszen a személyes ambíció és a többi.... mind egy kicsikét módosít a fő vonalon.

A számítógépet senkinek nem kell használnia... kivéve a munka és a kapcsolt kötelmek.
Akkor vajon mi lehet a probléma egy (bármiféle) tartalom megjelenítésével!?
Valakinek hiányzik az, hogy uralkodjon...!? Vagy... Azért a pénzért gondol tenni valamit ami egyébként a "semmiért" az ölébe esett?

personally I think it might be a better use of your time to add some more quests/foreshadowing before Iris, as it stands things turn to s#*! real fast and though the is some foreshadowing it might be worthwhile having a few missions where you can encounter a wayrest insurgent force or a small war camp, maybe a wayrest solider could let you out of the fighting pit after you kill Predathor, maybe you could have the option to help let them into Evermore.
Just some food for thought, always excited to see what you come up with. Hoping to one day see what you have planned for Munstor and Jehanna :)
Be aware that once you have a separate SFW version, you have to maintain two versions. This may have an impact in your time (resource-wise) if you have to do some bug fixes. You then have to generate two mod files; one regular and one SFW.
IMHO if people has problem with the content in this mod, they can choose to not include that in their mod list. It is a same "problem" as some adult mods here on Nexus. You choose to add it or not.
