Why did Astrid put a thug who just killed an old woman in an important position? This Mod Gives it an answer.
What this mod do:
Turn Grelod the kind into Grelod the monster ... which is deadly strong and challenging. You will find it much more than just 
walking into an orphanage and give a blow to an weaken old woman.

Requirements:
Skyrim 1.9.32.0.8
Dawnguard DLC
Dragonborn DLC

Installation:
Install via NMM and follow the install wizard instructions.
Or just drop the .esp file into Data folder and check in launcher.

Modify the combat difficulty, since the previous one is too easy to defeat. This time she should be able to stand all sorts of over-powered followers and cheat skills. Defeat her or give up the DB quests. Enjoy.
