Scoped Bows 4.0 Final Edition

Back in 2016 i officially announced the end of development on Scoped Bows (3 Years Anniversary - A journey comes to an End) but then the skyrim Special Edition came out and before i let someone else port my mod over i decided i'd rather do it myself. Since i was already on it, i released a few small updates that added, fixed and changed stuff which made the SE version (Scoped Bows SE) all around superior to the original release.

This update combines all those changes and brings them back to the original mod where they belong.

Changes:
-Imperial Legionary Bow added (level listed: appears at level 15+ on imperial soldiers and city guards)
-Stormcloak Hunting Bow added (level listed: appears at level 15+ on stormcloak soldiers and city guards)
-Nightingale Bow completely redone (proportions and textures are much better / sound detection level set to silent / enchantment shader effects disabled)

-new unique textures for the Bow of the Hunt
-new unique textures for Dravin's Bow
-texture changes on the ebony bow
-texture changes on the Daedric Wrath
-texture changes on the bound bow
-texture changes on the stalhrim Bow
-texture changes on the glass bow
-a small texture fix on Firiniel's End

-vertex color removed on the dragonbone bow
-normals smoothed on all hunting bows
-normals smoothed on the imperial now
-normals smoothed on the Nordic Assault Bow
-normals smoothed on Angi's bow
-all meshes cleaned (tangent spaces updated, duplicate vertices removed)

-Noble Scoped Hunting Bow to Faendal's inventory added
-Scoped Falmer Bow  to Derkeethus' inventory added
-the Redoran Guard will now randomly use Scoped Elven Bows
-spawn level of Scoped -Hunting, -Imperial and -Forsworn bows set to level 3+ (instead of level 6+ or level 1+)
-Base damage of all unique hunting bows increased by 3 points (Noble hunting bow, Bow of the Hunt, Angi's bow)
-Load screen "crafting" text changed
