1. Download "BSA Unpacker"
2. Unzip the .rar to anywhere you want
3. Open BSAUnpacker.exe
4. Press "Open"
5. Find "Skyrim - Animations.bsa" in your Skyrim\Data
6. If the unpacker pops out a Warning, press "Yes"
7. Press "Extrat all", set the files location you want
7. Done.
