After not seeing any updates in over 2 years, Wearable Lanterns was in serious need of some spring cleaning and updating in order to bring it up to my current code standards and feature set.
New option: Hold Control to Toggle - If enabled, this allows you to toggle your lantern on or off by holding a control, similar to activating the Pip-Boy light in Fallout.
Lanterns now only consume one slot (55 by default).
Campfire compatibility: Paper and Travel Lanterns can now be crafted using Survival Skill: Create Item. Lantern oil can be used as a very effective tinder for your campfires.
Controller-Friendly: The new "Hold Control to Toggle" feature makes it easy for controller users to turn their lantern on and off by just holding the A, X, or L1 button.
Settings Profiles: Settings profiles were added, similar to my other mods. All of your configuration settings are saved to a profile and persist across saves, loads, and new games. Spend less time setting things up and more time playing the game.
And more. To view the full patch notes, see here.
Have fun!

so has this been fixed yet? if it hasnt then i hope it will be soon. i loved placing lit lanterns around my home back when and it was a shame to be unable to decorate via bug lanterns...
also on an unrelated note, do you have any plans whatsoever to someday include those exploding lanterns from nordic ruins? im not neccesarily requesting the feature, but i am curious to know if it ever crossed your agenda..
