Thought this mod was left by the wayside, did you?  NOPE

In idly perusing meshes, I discovered that the read/write pedastal for the Dwemer Lexicon had a very well-shaped disk with that Dwemer symbol on it.  You might not have noticed, but while you fiddle around with the Elder Scroll Reader thingamajig, the lexicon suddenly will open up while sitting on the read/write pedastal.  I swiped that, made some positional adjustments, made an envirocube mask for it (since glow maps and envirocube maps seem to be mutually exclusive due to the way the material shader system is set up... nice design there, BGS!
