Raised in the slums of the Windhelm Gray Quarters, the Dark Elf Dorcey, learned her skills on the streets and back alleys.  By the time she was a
teen the seductive and dark haired young Mer had become an expert and deadly Nightblade.  Using her enchanting looks she would often entice men to spend a night with her, only to find themselves hand-tied, gagged, and much poorer come morning.

Soon after she began to have dream visitations from Molag Bal. Eventually he convinced her that if she served him he would make her a Mistress of the Undead and show her she could resurrect her parents.  She accepted and after being turned into a Vampire began her study of the undead.
