Deals the listed damage again over 8 seconds. The damage over time halflifes rapidly.

Blood Magic
Fortify magicka & magicka rate scaled to low health. Up to 250 Magicka & 250% Magicka Rate.

Brilliant Amplifier
Increases the magnitude of weapon enchantments when above 66% of max light.

Conduction
Fortify shock magnitude scaled to enemy heavy armor pieces. Up to 1.5x more.

Conflagration
Fortify fire magnitude scaled to enemy light armor pieces. Up to 1.5x more.

Conjuration Proficiency
Increases the duration and decreases the cost of conjuration spells by the stated amount.

Cook Food Spell
Adds an alteration spell that allows the player to cook food as if near a cooking pot.

Counter Bash
Power attacking enemies take 5x more bash damage.

Counter Strike
Deal 2x more damage within 1 second of a successful block.

Crumpling Amplifier
Increases the magnitude of weapon enchantments against blocking enemies.

Cull The Weak
1.3x more weapon and destruction damage to enemies slowed below 70% speed.

Culling Amplifier
Increases the magnitude of weapon enchantments versus slow enemies.

Dancing Blade
Tip of your weapon has 100% crit chance. Does not work with daggers.

Deadeye
More bow zoom, and slow enemies before shooting an arrow.

Dragon Breath
Fire and frost breath shouts deal more damage scaled to number of dragon souls. Up to 1.6x more.

Dragon Magic
Gain the ability to cast fire and frost breath as spells.

Druid
+100% Disease Resist & +1 Alchemy Ingredient

Dual Cast Proficiency
Increases the magnitude and decreases the cost of destruction spells while dual casting by the stated amount.

Dwindling Damage
Deals the listed damage again over 4 seconds. The damage over time decreases linearly.

Echoing Shield
Blast enemies with a wave of force on a successful block.

Elusive
1 second invincibility upon sneaking, but take double damage and stagger 1 second after that.

Exhausting Bash
Damage stamina and magicka on bash, scaled to block level.

Exploiting Amplifier
Increases the magnitude of weapon enchantments versus staggered enemies.

Foresight
Spells are free outside of combat.

Guardian
Gain a healing circle each time you are hit at below 25% health, ignoring fortify health.

Harvest Ore
Enemies may drop gold/silver ore

Harvest Poison
Enemies may drop poisons

Harvest Potion
Enemies may drop potions

Harvest Scroll
Enemies may drop scrolls

Illusion Proficiency
Increases the duration and decreases the cost of illusion spells by the stated amount.

Improve Armor Spell
Adds an alteration spell that allows the player to improve his armor as if near an armor workbench.

Improve Weapons Spell
Adds an alteration spell that allows the player to improve his weapons as if near a grindstone.

Interrupting Amplifier
Increases the magnitude of weapon enchantments versus powerattacking enemies.

Lancer
More melee damage scaled to long range. Up to 1.8x more.

Last Breath
Fortify health & stamina rate scaled to low stamina. Up to 250 Health & 250% Stamina Rate.

Lasting Damage
Deals the listed damage again over 6 seconds. Evenly distributed.

Longshot
More bow damage scaled to long range. Up to 1.5x more.

Magical Reserves
Novice spells are free to cast at 0% mana, but deal 25% less damage.

Mark & Recall Spell
Adds mark and recall spells. The mark spell records a location. Recall teleports the player to the recorded location.

Melee Archer
Bow damage increased 1.5x within 5 seconds of bashing with a bow.

Merchant
Adds Investor, Master Merchant, and Fence Perks

Painkiller
Slow time when you get hit at below 25% health, ignoring fortify health.

Pocket Dimension
Adds an alteration spell that allows the player to access storage in a pocket dimension. Items stored in the pocket dimension persist even if the enchantment is ever lost temporarily.

Power Attack Proficiency
Increases the damage and decreases the stamina cost of power attacks by the stated amount.

Prosperity
Adds Wax Key, Treasure Hunter, Golden Touch Perks

Quick Guard
Immune to damage within 1 second of raising your shield. 4 second cooldown.

Quickening
Gain 10% attack speed after each attack. Stacks up to 3 times.

Resolute Amplifier
Increases the magnitude of weapon enchantments when below 50% magicka.

Restless Amplifier
Increases the magnitude of weapon enchantments when below 50% stamina.

Restore On Hit
Restores the stated attribute after you take a hit (not when you hit the target).

Runecaster
Place twice as many runes for half the mana. They deal half damage but gain 2x backstab.

Shadowtear
Sneaking turns you invisible, at the cost of 10 health per second.

Shadowy Amplifier
Increases the magnitude of weapon enchantments when below 33% of max light.

Shield Snare
Slow enemies by 50% on a successful block

Sigil Seeker
Small chance to loot disenchantable sigil stones from enemies.

Snapshot
Bow shots that are not fully drawn deal 1.5x more damage.

Soul Residue
Chance on kill for enemies to drop arcane dust.

Spell Surge

Staff Proficiency
Increases the magnitude and decreases the cost of destruction spells while wielding a staff by the stated amount.

Stealthy Unlock Spell
Adds an illusion spell that allows the player to stealthily unlock locks, scaled to illusion level instead of lockpicking level.

Sweeper
All melee attacks deal area damage.

Tan Hides Spell
Adds an alteration spell that allows the player to tan hides as if near a tanning rack.

The Cold Dark
Muffle frost spells and give them 1.5x backstab.

Detect life while moving

Vampiric Bash
Absorb health on bash, scaled to block level.

Vengeful Amplifier
Increases the magnitude of weapon enchantments when below 50% health.

Viscous Coating
Poisons gain an extra dose for every 10 alchemy levels.
