For serious though, given the massive response I've decided to make the option for a "Custom Voice" available with some empty directories to chuck ya business in, as of this writing the next version isn't quite ready to go yet, though the framework for the custom option is done, so I figured I'd maybe give some of you some homework to do in advance.
All of your files need to be .wav in order to work, bitrate is largely unimportant, something low to keep your filesize down and you only need them mono.
So the following will be a listing of the directories used, the filenames the mod will be expecting to use and even though I think they're named the most intuitive names in the universe, a brief description of when it happens, so without FURTHER A DO:
Bold for folders, italics for files, all are wav files.

You don't have to fill every slot, but it's recommended to maximize your event chances, otherwise Skyrim can pick empty slots and play nothing sometimes.
While lip-syncing has been implemented as of 0.3.6 it's unfortunately only possible with the voices I've packaged, lip-syncing requires animation files being generated on a per line basis which can only be done in the creation kit.
Hope you've enjoyed reading the most serious text that will ever grace this Nexus file.
As a final note, I've gotten a few messages from people offering voice acting and stuff, this list will be kept current with available events version to version, so if you're feeling an acting itch, those are all your lines, don't limit yourself to the quantities described here, if I include your work in the main file I can put as many variations of lines to an event as needed.

There's a video tutorial on how to export your wavs at the proper rate for it too.
I also did the same but it seems that this mod does not work, and his creator it's not interested in helping.
I got it to work but sadly the Weaponswing and Hit0X ones don't work; tried to experiment some tweaking on CK but it cant open the script used on it :/
