Dawn of Whiterun 1.3 is out! Adds a bunch of cosmetic changes to all districts, especially areas that I hadn't touched previously, such as exterior Dragonsreach, the Gildergreen, and the Shrine of Talos. Also subtly adds in more crafting stations near the Skyforge (all except smelter).
