How to force your followers to ride ANY horse (or ANY animal that Player can ride)
1) Allow your follower to ride animals via dialogue ("About mounts")
2) Point with Tactical Sign to the animal to give the Ride sign
Follower will mount the selected horse. If it doesn't belong to Player, your follower will steal it.
