Skyrim

Individual Salary

By default, you pay individual daily salary to each follower. The salary value is equal to the Min salary value that is required to hire this particular follower.

The minimum salary is calculated based on the following factors:
1) The essential skills of the follower
2) How many quests are completed by the player
3) Player speech perks
4) Is follower a mercenary?
5) Is follower immortal? ("essential" flag)
6) Is follower a housecarl? (you can have your housecarls for free)

Unequal payments may lead to envy and unfriendly atmosphere in the end. If the difference is too high, your companions may even start to attack each other in case of friendly fire.

Equal Salary

All followers will have the same daily salary. Player can set any salary that he or she wants. The only condition is that the result salary value MUST be higher that the min salary value of the each follower. If this condition is broken, the follower will leave the party with the next payment date.

The follower will never be involved in the fight with another companion in the Equal Salary mode.

Bonuses

Player can set bonuses that can increase the morale of the follower.

- Kill bonuses: The follower will recieve bonuses for killing an enemy. The flee chance is decresed.

- Kill bonuses + Compensate any damage: The follower will recieve additional money for taking a damage. The follower will never flee.

Some followers already have the high confidence level, so it won't give any effect on them.

Payment

Each follower has an account that represent the Player's debt. If the debt is too high, the follower will leave the party.

The critical debt value is affected by the player's reputation. The more quests are completed, the more debt can be forgiven.
