As a big fan of the Dawnguard DLC I came to use the crossbows very often since Bethesda released this wonderful DLC. The models are well worked and these weapons are really useful, especially as a side weapon for almost every kind of character. They are powerful and fun to use.
However I always thought they could need an enhancement of their look and so I decided to create this mod which aims at enhancing their vanilla look in a lore friendly way as I did with my other vanilla retextures like the Noldorian Auriel series or most recently my Virtus Imperii mod.
After the standard variants which have already been released I will do some hopefully interesting special editions to allow further variety and customization to get these wonderful weapons the attention they deserve.
