I like rainy days too .. you can sit inside on a warm place and you are not damned to have action. You see the cloudy sky, raindops are falling and running down on the windows ... it's time to dream, to let fly fantasy, to remember...
I wish you many such days, because we can enjoy your wonderful stories ... mystic and full of secrets...
I'm glad, your new laptop works so good ... your illustrating pics are fantastic, exactly with the mood,I like so much. Your new (?) character looks really beautiful and interesting .. I'm tensed what will come next

And I'll gladly take these wishes, simply because I really love rainy days for exactly the same reasons you mentioned
I'm really glad you enjoyed the mood of the set, since this is what I'm trying to focus on this time around. Just feelings and simple moments, and no world that needs to be saved
      Thank you!

*looks up at the clear skies and the blazing sun* Yep, Rains awesome.

So she's a new character, right Agnes?
I can never get tired of reading your work, its so captivating and enjoyable. I do hope that eventually the story goes somewhere, I also know what you mean about playing on a laptop, my laptop was so ancient I couldn't even mod skyrim on it so after I built myself a nice mean rig. I just enjoy my life.

Thanks for being an inspiration Agnes, looking forwards to more.

Yup, that's a new character, the same one it was in the previous set :D A new girl nonetheless.
As for the story going somewhere - I'm afraid it ain't gonna happen, pal. I decided not to follow any bigger narrative. It's simply a matter of convenience - snippets like that can be easily finished at any point, so I won't be worried that I leave the story unfinished if I need to take a break again.

Hope the sun isn't killing you anymore! I'm not sure if turning into a fry is a good look for you! :D

And thank you for your comment.

Rainy weather is always the best, regardless of what you're doing, but that's just me talking I suppose!

I'm glad you find yourself extra creative and inspired during the wet days though. Writing stories are such a peace at mind as it lets us venture far and deep into our own imaginations. Often we have a tale ready to be told, yet we find ourselves stearing towards different paths during the writing process...or maybe that also just me?

Marvellous words to your subtile images - the two of them fits each other perfectly - and yes, this cute game is indeed a gem I never thought I needed!

Can't say I disagree! I'm quite a fan of rainy days myself.

Everyone's experience with creative process is different, I suppose: some really benefit from careful planning ahead, some just throw themselves at the keyboard and type gibberish like there's no tomorrow (that's me). It's true, however, that stories quickly develop minds of their own - and they tend to take different directions than we would like them to. They're like children in this manner, I guess

Oh yeah, Child of Light was a delight! I may not have been too thrilled with the nursery rhyme stylisation (many people don't realise it's way harder to write than it seems), but the music and visuals were more than enough for me to fall in love with the game.

      Thank you for your comment!

Your wanderer ponders some intriguing thoughts, stories of her past woven as riddles, memories that hold sway as long as they are remembered. Clearly her parents were not normal folk but ones quite mysterious. I really like the expressiveness your captured in your wanderer's face, one can really see that she is recalling memories, lost among her thoughts. Wonderful work, Kayol

Thank you, darling! Great to know your thoughts about this set.
Mfg Console is probably my favourite tool when it comes to screenshots, it brings a little bit of life into our pixel creations

Very nicely written, some interesting thoughts in the calm hours of the night.

I enjoy the heater in my room as the computer is working hard with all the mods on these hot summer days

Oh, I know what you mean - overheating computers feel quite nice and warm. It's good to know that something pleasant comes out of us mishandling them!

I have been sitting for a bit, trying to find the words to describe the experience of this set. But alas, the words elude me at the moment.

I did want to voice my appreciation though.

(maybe the words elude me as this is first dry day after several days of rain)

I understand what you mean - sunny days call for action, not words. Nevertheless, I appreciate you comment. Thank you very much!
