The Bethesda saying fallout4 used the engine improved and updated Skyrim. And this picture shows that the previous game is greatly improved in terms of graphics even though both modified.
My Fallout 4 is also modded, I already installed Vivid Landscapes for Fallout, HQ armors and clothes, Water Enhanced Textures, Enhanced Color Correction, etc.
Anyway I didn't make the screenshots as a graphics contest, it was just to show my characters facing each other with their faithful companions.
