For ENB, it depnds of the atmosphere you wish (Bright fantasy, grim fantasy, natural, surreal, etc.

depending what is your prefered ambiance but if you want realism with few fps loss, try tamriel reloaded enb but if you prefer fantasy ambiance check grimm and somber
