Pew finally managed to put the 3rd sword into the mouth. Looks silly but as a manga and big one piece fan i am happy :D

It must be quite distracting for the opponent and therefore useful in a fight.
I love One Piece, especially Zoro's my fav Character, and it's Fiction...
But in Reality, imagine your Enemy hitting your Mouth-Sword with full Force. It'll either break your Jaw, knock out some Teeth or at least feel like a brutal Hit to the Head for you. Hit at the right Angle, the Handle would just push 'forward' and out of your Mouth, without causing too much Harm [would probably still hurt big Time].
Also, you'd be surprised how easily you'd catch your own right-Hand Sword with this, and even how difficult it proves to be having a Katana in your Mouth firmly. Trust me, I carefully tried it, being the Maniac I am... XD
Speaking about Realism though, Dual-Wielding Swords alone wasn't done in Wars either. Because by Principle, it would be rather inefficient and ultimatively prove deadly to the one trying to win a Battle, other than maybe a 1-on-1 Duel Situation [Skallagrim & Lindybeige on Youtube have some important Points about the Reasons].
I love Dual- or even Triple-Wielding, though!
