Enables Discord Rich Presence support for Vortex. Shows your currently managed game and number of active mods.
Game artwork will appear for some games. You can request additional game art in the comments.
Vortex Install
In Vortex, enabled advanced mode in the settings.
Navigate to the Extensions tab.
Drop the 7z archive into the "drop zone" at the bottom of the page.
Click the prompt to restart Vortex.
Manual Install
Extract the 7z archive to %appdata%\Vortex\plugins\discord-rpc.
