Vortex Extension for Vendetta Online
This is an extension for Vortex to add support for Vendetta Online. This is available for the PC from the game's website.
No, Vortex is not meant for managing games on Linux, MacOS, Android, iOS, or mobileVR platforms. To manage Vendetta Online plugins on those platforms, visit the game's discord and ask for help in manually managing mods there.
Game detection
The Vendetta Online game extension enables Vortex to automatically locate the installation directory from the registry.
It is also possible to manually set the game folder if the auto detection doesn't find the correct installation. A valid Vendetta Online game folder contains:
If your game lacks this file then it is likely that your installation has become corrupted somehow.
Mod Management
The mods will be deployed to the game's mod folder (the /plugins directory) and will respect the folder structure within the archive file (which should be single-nested before the mod's code).
Deployment method MUST be hardlink; the symlink method is NOT compatible with Vendetta Online's plugin loading system.
