Version 0.0.1
Initial beta release
Adds support for MechWarrior Online to Vortex. This beta version does the basics to get the files in the correct place.
A note for MWO mod authors Please remember to submit your mods in compressed ZIP/7Zip/etc. format!
Note that each mod should be individually packaged and added, don't put a bunch of them in a single zip file and ask users to pull one out. Instead, add variations as separate files (main files, addons, patches, etc.) or separate mod listings where it makes sense.
If users directly download a PAK file, Vortex attempts to extract its contents, which will not be loaded by MWO! I am looking into solving this, but compressing the files is a good practice regardless and appears to be standard across Nexus Mods. To clarify, if you have a mod like a sound pack in a PAK file, you need to compress that PAK file using a tool such as 7Zip (using 7Z format preferably) and then submit that compressed file (the 7Z file).
Additional advice Since users may like to mix and match sound packs, try to make sure that your packs are organized and divided up into parts that make sense (weapon sounds, physics sounds, music, announcer, etc.). Avoid "all in one" replacement mods if possible. This will allow users more granular control over their mod installs and allow them to better manage conflicts in the future.
