Small update to the official Stardew Valley Vortex extension that enables support for the 64-bit version of the game.

If you run into problems with SDV64 after upgrading to this version of the Vortex extension, try removing SMAPI from your Vortex profile, uninstalling SMAPI from SDV64 (just run the SMAPI installer and tell it the directory where you have SDV64 installed), then manually reinstalling SMAPI for SDV64.
