      Easiest method is just to click the Manage button on the Ace Combat 7 tile in Vortex's Games tab. It will automatically download and install this extension for you.

   how do you get the skins to show up in the game?

      Just install and enable and the skins should be available in-game. Double check which aircraft and which slot you're installing for, and you should be able to see it in the in-game Aircraft Viewer.
