Update v2.2: Added Feather control to the bloom effect.

Saturation-based bloom effect by dragoncosmico.
This shader has no dependencies, it only makes use of the ReShade.fxh library.
This effect is suppopsed to be used with high values of saturation and luminance threshold, there's weird behaivor with low values.
Installation:
Extract inside reshade-shaders/shaders folder.
