In PCSX2 enable texture remplacement for silent hill 3.
to do so
Right click on silent hill 3 in your libraries.
Properties -> Graphics -> Texture Replacement -> Load Textures
Put the folder "textures" you dowloaded in PCSX2 folder located in documents.
