Give Silent Hill 2 a more somber and oppressive atmosphere with this Reshade preset, bringing out the game's greenish tones, giving it a drowned and murky look.

REQUIREMENTS
It's very important that you disable HDR in your game and you'll need the Filmdeck Shader made by TreyM, this shader is crucial to get the preset working properly, you can find it here.
INSTALLATION
- Download and install ReShade from the official website:
https://reshade.me - During installation:
- Select your game executable,in this case, select Silent Hill 2
- Choose the correct graphics API (DirectX 11/12 or Vulkan)
- Install all effect packages or at least the ones listed below:
-Clarity.fx
-FilmGrain2.fx
-LumaSharpen.fx
-MagicBloom.fx - Download FILMDECK, to install it, drop the "reshade-shaders" over the top of your Silent Hill 2 ReShade installation.
- Download and extract the .zip file containing the preset.
- Place the .ini folder in your SH2 Win64 folder, usually found in C:\Steam\steamapps\common\SILENT HILL 2\SHProto\Binaries\Win64 or where your reshade-shaders folder is located.
- Launch the game.
- Press HOME (or the key you chose) to open the ReShade menu.
- Complete or skip the tutorial when it appears.
- At the top of the menu, use the dropdown to select the preset file: Drowned Silent Hill 2.ini
- Wait a few seconds for the effects to load.
- (Optional) Set a toggle key under the Settings tab if you want to enable/disable ReShade while playing.
