While screenshotting this game, I decided to go with a different style this time, instead of changing LUTs time and again, I went with a fixed Sepia filter (and an accompanying LUT to give it a distinct look) all while keeping the 4:3 Aspect Ratio. I've included the reshade preset and LUTs with this file. You'll have to download Reshade to use this in the first place.
Download the archive and drag and drop the reshade-shaders folder and SH2R.ini to this folder- "Silent Hill 2 Remake\SHProto\Binaries\Win64"
The LUTs were taken from MLUT by TheGordinho (https://github.com/TheGordinho/MLUT)
All the screenshots were taken with Otis_Inf's UUUv5 (https://opm.fransbouma.com/uuuv5.htm)
